Conical Pre-Filter for Anemostats

The G2 class conical filter is designed for the primary protection of supply and exhaust ventilation systems. It is installed directly into the ceiling diffuser (anemostat) to intercept large dust particles, insects, and household grease before they enter the air ducts and the central heat recovery unit. The conical shape provides an increased filtration area compared to flat alternatives, maintaining air circulation without a sharp drop in static pressure, even when the material is partially contaminated. Filter installation and replacement are performed manually without the use of tools.

Design and Operational Features

• Interior Finish Protection: Prevents the formation of dark dust marks on the ceiling around the ventilation grilles.
• Extended Recuperator Lifespan: By capturing the bulk of large particles, the filter significantly extends the service life of the fine filters inside the ventilation unit.

• Protection During Renovations: The use of the filter is strictly recommended during construction and finishing work to protect the recuperator motors from the damaging effects of construction dust.
