Den Braven Den Bit-M Dysperbit is a ready-to-use waterproofing mastic based on a water dispersion of bitumens, modified with synthetic rubber. The product is engineered for creating seamless roof coatings, renovating existing bitumen roofs, and providing light moisture insulation for foundations and underground structural elements.

Due to its water-based formulation, the mastic is free from organic solvents and is chemically neutral to expanded polystyrene (EPS/XPS), making it suitable for insulated foundation waterproofing. It is designed for application in premises not intended for continuous human occupation (basements, garages, technical rooms, terraces, and balconies).

Design and Performance Features:

• Thixotropic Properties: High viscosity prevents the mastic from running down vertical surfaces and complex sloped structures, even at temperatures up to +120°C.
• Temperature Resistance: The cured coating retains excellent flexibility at low temperatures and resists cracking caused by thermal fluctuations.
• Resistance to Aggressive Environments: The formed layer is resistant to weathering, water, weak acids, alkalis, and aggressive substances typically found in soil.
• Application Versatility: Suitable for application on completely dry as well as slightly damp mineral and bitumen substrates.
