Interior Metal Corner Flashing (Inside Corner)

The interior corner flashing (inside corner) is a specialized protective and decorative L-shaped element designed to seal the internal joints of intersecting planes. It is used in facade cladding, the installation of sandwich panels, corrugated sheets, and roofing systems.

The primary engineering function of the part is to reliably cover the structural gap in an inside corner. The installation of the element protects the joint from moisture penetration, drafts, and debris accumulation, while also forming a visually straight and neat transition line between surfaces.

Design Features:

• Concealed Hemming (Reverse Bend): The edges of the flanges (E and F) feature engineered hems that are folded to the reverse (invisible) side of the part. This brilliant technical solution keeps the exposed face of the corner perfectly smooth while hiding the sharp metal cut and providing the profile with the necessary longitudinal rigidity.
• Customizable Geometry: The base bending angle is 90 degrees; however, our equipment allows for the fabrication of the profile to any custom angle to perfectly match the building's geometry.
• Flange Symmetry (E and F): The dimensions of the sides are calculated individually. The corner can be either equal-flanged (e.g., 50x50 mm) or asymmetrical, depending on the width of the gap being covered.
• Reliable Materials: Manufactured from galvanized steel, stainless steel, and sheet metal with polymer coatings (Polyester, PURal, PVC), ensuring high resistance to moisture and corrosion in hard-to-reach areas.
