90° Segmented Elbow with Inspection Port
Product Description
The 90° Elbow with Inspection Port is a fixed-angle chimney elbow crafted from 2 mm black steel. It serves a dual purpose: changing the flue channel direction by 90 degrees while also providing convenient access for maintenance. The welded segment construction creates a smooth and durable bend. The integrated inspection hatch (soot door) allows for cleaning and inspection of the flue system without disassembly, greatly simplifying operation.
Key Features
- Dual Functionality: Combines two essential tasks: altering the flue path by 90° to bypass obstacles and providing easy cleaning access through an integrated inspection port.
- Durable Welded Construction: Being fabricated from multiple welded segments ensures the component's rigidity and strength. The 2 mm wall thickness and high-quality TIG weld seam provide excellent resistance to high temperatures (Class T600) and burn-through.
- European Quality and Safety: The product is certified and CE marked, confirming its full compliance with the European standard for flue systems EN 1856-2, ensuring high quality and operational safety.
