Black chimney coupler (muft) with anti-condensation ring - chimney system element

Black chimney coupler (muft) with anti-condensation ring is designed for connecting a pipe to a brick chimney. It protects the chimney from stresses and expansions caused by the thermal work of black pipes.
Single-wall systems made of 2 mm thick steel sheets are used to remove smoke from fireplaces and solid fuel heaters (operating without condensation), where flue gas temperatures can reach up to 1000 °C.

Black pipes and joints are installed indoors before entering the flue duct or chimney shaft. If installed outdoors, the chimney should be insulated.
