| Black Stove Pipes 2mm
Black Steel Male-to-Male Connector for Flue Pipes (2 mm)
Product Description
The Male-to-Male Connector, also known as a flue pipe nipple, is a special component made from black carbon steel with two plain ends (spigots). It is designed to join two sockets of the same diameter. It is used in non-standard situations where it is necessary to directly connect two socketed components, or to reverse the installation direction of the flue system.
Key Features
- Joining Two Sockets: Allows for the direct connection of two system components with sockets, which is necessary for non-standard installation configurations.
- Reversing Installation Direction: Provides the ability to "reverse" the flue direction. By inserting this connector into a socket, you create a new spigot end from which you can continue the installation in the required direction.
- Durability and High-Temperature Resistance: The 2 mm thick wall and a TIG-welded seam provide high resistance to heat (Class T600), burn-through, and deformation. The component is rated Class G for soot fire resistance.
- European Quality and Safety: The product is certified and CE marked, confirming its full compliance with the European standard for flue systems EN 1856-2.
