| Black Stove Pipes 2mm
500 mm Black Steel Radiator Flue Pipe for Stoves and Fireplaces
Product Description
The 500 mm long Radiator Flue Pipe, crafted from 2 mm black steel, is a functional chimney component designed to increase heat dissipation from flue gases. The pipe features convection fins welded around its perimeter, allowing it to act as a radiator: it increases the heat exchange surface area and transfers additional heat into the room, improving the overall efficiency of the heating appliance.
Key Features
- Increased Heat Output: The convection fins significantly increase the pipe's surface area, which promotes more intensive heat radiation into the room. This helps to reduce fuel consumption and increase the efficiency of the heating system.
- Durability and High-Temperature Resistance: The 2 mm thick wall and a TIG-welded seam provide high resistance to heat (Class T600), burn-through, and deformation. The component is rated Class G for soot fire resistance.
- Aesthetic Appearance: The matte black surface complements most cast iron and steel stoves and fireplaces.
- High-Quality Coating: The component is finished with heat-resistant Senotherm paint. This paint cures during the first firing of the appliance, without emitting smoke or odours, and provides reliable protection against corrosion.

Important Limitations
- For Solid Fuel Appliances: Intended for use with wood-burning and sauna stoves, fireplaces, and boilers burning wood, coal, or briquettes. Do not use with pellet boilers.
- Installation Location: This component should be installed as the first, initial section of the flue directly on the heating appliance inside heated spaces.
