A 250 mm straight section of heavy-wall flue pipe, crafted from 2 mm black steel with a pre-installed damper plate. This component not only connects the heating appliance to the chimney but also allows for draught regulation. Using the short handle, you can adjust the position of the internal plate, controlling the fuel combustion rate and optimizing the performance of your wood-burning stove or fireplace.

Key Features

• Draught Regulation: The integrated damper allows for manual control of the flue gas flow rate. This enables you to reduce excessive draught, slow down fuel combustion, and decrease fuel consumption.
• Durability and High-Temperature Resistance: The 2 mm thick wall and a TIG-welded seam provide high resistance to heat (Class T600), burn-through, and deformation. The component is rated Class G for soot fire resistance.
• Construction Details: The socket-and-spigot design ensures simple installation. An anti-condensation ring is integrated at the bottom to protect the system from dripping condensate.
• European Quality and Safety: The product is certified and CE marked, confirming its full compliance with the European standard for flue systems EN 1856-2.

Important Limitations

• For Solid Fuel Appliances: Intended for use with wood-burning and sauna stoves, fireplaces, and boilers burning wood, coal, or briquettes. Do not use with pellet boilers.
• Installation Location: It is recommended to install this component on a vertical section of the flue, at least 50 cm away from the appliance's flue outlet.
• Safety Feature: The damper plate does not close the flue channel completely. In accordance with EN 1856-2 safety standards, a minimum opening area of at least 20 cm² or 3% of the total pipe cross-section is maintained to ensure safe gas evacuation.
