The Silicone Roof Flashing Master Flash, also known as a roofing boot or sealing collar, is a universal flexible solution for a fast and reliable waterproofing of a twin-wall chimney's penetration point through the roof. This universal roof seal consists of a flexible silicone cone and a malleable aluminum base flange. Thanks to the plasticity of the materials, the Master Flash easily conforms to the profile of almost any roofing material, ensuring a complete seal.

• Simple and Fast Installation: Installation requires no special skills. The cone is trimmed along markings to the required diameter, the base is shaped to the roof's profile, and then it is fixed to the roof using a high-quality roofing sealant and screws.
• Durability and Weather Resistance: The high-quality silicone is resistant to UV radiation and extreme weather conditions, maintaining its elasticity in a wide temperature range (from -55°C to +185°C).
• Wide Range of Diameters: The cone has a stepped design with markings, allowing one sealing collar to be adapted for a whole range of outer diameters of insulated chimneys.

Application & Important Restrictions

• Temperature Limitation: The maximum continuous operating temperature for the silicone is +185°C. This component is designed for use only with insulated (twin-wall) chimneys. Installation on single-wall ("bare") pipes is strictly prohibited.
• Reliable Sealing: For a durable and waterproof installation, a high-quality roofing sealant must be used along the entire perimeter of the aluminum base.
• Alternative Solution: For roofs requiring a more rigid structure or a precise RAL colour match, a metal roof flashing is used.
