Insulated Twin-Wall Chimney Pipe IZOKOMPAKT (250 mm)
Product Description
The 250 mm straight insulated pipe is a supplementary component for constructing IZOKOMPAKT double-wall insulated chimney (twin-wall flue) systems. It is used in combination with other pipe lengths for the precise adjustment of the total height or length of the flue channel. The elements connect using a socket-and-spigot (push-fit) system, ensuring simple installation and a perfectly sealed flue.
Key Features
- Three-Layer Sandwich Construction: An inner pipe made of acid-resistant stainless steel, a 50 mm thick layer of high-density non-combustible basalt wool insulation, and a protective outer casing. This structure ensures the flue heats up quickly, promoting a stable draft and minimizing condensate formation.
- Fire Safety: Due to the effective insulation, the outer surface temperature remains low, allowing the chimney to be safely passed through combustible walls, floors, and roofs. The minimum safe distance to combustible materials is 100 mm.
- Reliable and Simple Connection: The precision of the push-fit connection guarantees a quick and easy chimney assembly. Each joint is additionally secured with a locking band for maximum rigidity and a perfect seal.
- Material & Finish Options: The outer casing is available in classic stainless steel, an economical galvanized steel finish, or painted in any popular RAL colour, allowing the chimney to perfectly match the building's exterior.

Application & Installation Rules
- Auxiliary Component: Designed for fine-tuning the chimney height when used in combination with other standard pipe lengths.
- Mandatory Securing: Every joint between pipes must be securely fastened with a locking band.
- Maintain Clearances: During installation, the minimum distance of 100 mm from the outer casing of the pipe to any combustible materials must be strictly maintained.
