Hot Air Extraction from Compressor, Transformer, and Technological Rooms

Industrial equipment, powerful compressors, and transformers generate significant amounts of heat during operation. Especially in summer, this overheated air impedes equipment performance, reduces its lifespan, and worsens working conditions for personnel. Effective ventilation in such rooms is not just a matter of comfort, but of production continuity and fire safety.

Mechanical Exhaust System with Summer and Winter Modes

We offer air extraction solutions that not only cool the equipment but also help optimize the facility's heating costs by utilizing waste heat.

• Summer mode: Hot air is completely exhausted outside through roof ducts, preventing room overheating and ensuring optimal equipment cooling.
• Winter mode (heat recovery): Warm air generated by the equipment can be used for air heating in other production areas. Using a ductwork system and insulated volume control dampers with electric actuators, the warm airflow can be partially or completely redirected to where heat is needed most.

Natural Exhaust

As an alternative or addition to the mechanical system, natural ventilation can be used in production facilities. The installation of roof deflectors stabilizes the draft in the duct and provides protection against crosswinds. To regulate the natural ventilation flow, insulated volume control dampers with manual lever actuators or electric actuators are integrated into the ductwork.

Supply Air Solutions

To ensure a proper aerodynamic balance in the room and compensate for the extracted air, we design appropriate supply systems:

• Natural supply: Organized using outdoor ventilation louvers. To regulate the air volume, dampers with lever actuators or insulated volume control dampers with electric actuators are installed for more precise automated control.
• Mechanical supply: A more powerful air exchange provided by duct fans integrated into the supply system, or wall-mounted axial fans.
