SIA «Akvilon» provides fast and careful delivery of its products throughout Latvia, as well as to European Union countries and beyond. We work with trusted courier services and use our own transport to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We know how important the safety of your shipment is, which is why we pay special attention to packaging. Each chimney component is first placed in a sturdy cardboard box, after which the complete order is securely placed and fixed on a pallet for safe transportation.

Ways to Receive Your Order
Delivery in Latvia
For small orders (e.g., individual components or accessories), we offer convenient delivery to parcel lockers. If your order is large, such as a complete chimney system, we will deliver it to your address using our company's transport or a courier service.
Warehouse Collection
You can always collect your order yourself, free of charge, from our warehouse in Riga at Mazā Rencēnu iela 6.
This is the fastest way to receive your goods if they are in stock. For immediate collection, you need to place your order in advance using any of the available methods. After your payment is received, we will promptly assemble your order.
When the order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS with its number. Upon collection at the warehouse, you will need to provide this number.
International Delivery
We deliver to all countries within the EU. For wholesale clients and distributors, we offer individual logistics solutions, selecting the most cost-effective and convenient transportation method.
Delivery Times
The time to receive your order consists of production, assembly, and shipping time.
- In Latvia: 2–3 working days if all items are in stock. 4–10 working days if production is required.
- In EU countries: 5–15 working days.
Delivery Costs
We strive to offer our customers the most competitive delivery rates.
- Delivery to a parcel locker in Latvia: from €4.50.
- Delivery of a chimney system in Latvia: on average from €7 to €35.
- Delivery of a pallet (120x80 cm) to EU countries: approximately €80–€150.

Payment Methods
We offer several convenient payment options:
- Bank Transfer. Payment via an invoice issued by our manager. The order is dispatched after the payment is received.
- Cash or Credit/Debit Card. You can pay by card or cash when collecting your order from our warehouse or upon delivery by a courier. A receipt and all necessary documents are provided with every purchase.
- Deferred Payment. For legal entities and regular partners, we offer the option of deferred payment based on a signed agreement.
